Mr. Osran graduated with high honors from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in journalism.

Tom began his legal career at the City of Chicago as an Assistant Corporation Counsel. There, he defended the City and its employees from intentional, constitutional and negligent torts in state and federal courts. Tom has tried a number of cases involving governmental tort immunity, police misconduct construction and the use of recreational property, as well as premises and automobile cases.

Mr. Osran is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association’s litigation section and the Federal Trial Bar. He has tried 20 jury cases to verdict in state and federal courts. He joined Judge, James & Kujawa in April 2002.
