Mr. Gray is a litigation associate with the firm. A majority of his time is presently spent defending local government, townships, counties, cities, school districts and park districts throughout Illinois. He also has experience involving premises liability, automobile accident liability, toxic tort liability, medical malpractice, and general tort litigation cases.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Gray has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of his clients, including cases that have been resolved through arbitration, mediation, and settlement. In addition, he has authored and argued several dispositive motions.

Mr. Gray is a 2003 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Mr. Gray was a member of his school’s Jessup Moot Court International Competition Team, and he was a recipient of “best” brief and oralist awards during the competition. He also assisted with coaching the team during his first year as a licensed attorney, and he has served as a panel judge for various moot court competitions. Prior to joining Judge, James & Kujawa, LLC, Mr. Gray was a litigation associate with Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen (Edwardsville, IL) and Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz & Edelman (Chicago).
