Andrew G. Witik is an accomplished litigator with substantial experience representing insurance companies, mutuals and corporations in an array of diverse coverage cases involving commercial, environmental and professional liability insurance. Mr. Witik is also an experienced appellate attorney having argued numerous cases and obtained precedent setting decisions in the areas of rescission, business risk exclusions and residency. Mr. Witik also obtained a landmark ADA settlement against one of the largest and oldest banks in Texas as reported by the Houston Post and investigated by the N.Y. Times.

Mr. Witik is a 1988 graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He also obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Witik accepted a clerkship with the Illinois Appellate Court. He was previously a partner with the Chicago firm Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered.
