Dustin received his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in May of 2008, graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Fisher was a Dean’s Scholar, a member of The John Marshall Law Review and the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Council. His article, Selling the Payments: Predatory Lending Goes Primetime, was published in volume 41 of the John Marshall Law Review. He received the CALI Award for Excellence in both Civil Procedure and Property Law, and is a member of the Order of John Marshall..

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fisher worked as an insurance fraud investigator.
